I have two ducks. Their names are Magnolia aka Maggi (Female) and Spruce (Male). Maggie has already laid an egg and she is sitting on it. I also have nineteen quails and counting. The first batch has nine mature adults and are they laying and there are ten in the second batch. They are only three weeks old so they have to be under a heat lamp. We bought an incubator in the school holidays and we have been hatching quails.
Sports
I like to do swimming. I would say that that is my favorite sport. It is probably because I like water and also swimming uses the whole body unlike other sports. For example, in soccer if you aren't fast enough can your arms help you get some extra speed? No. I also do gymnastics. It's not as girly as you think. I'm only doing recreational, not competition. I also do Pedal Prix but I don't know if that counts as a sport. For anyone who hasn't seen Pedal Prix, this is the deal. The hopefuls have to come to trainings at 7:40 in the morning, rain or shine, on their bikes. Then they have to go do fifteen laps of the oval. In term 2 you only had to go to training on the Thursday but in term 3 you have to go on Tuesday and Thursday. On the big day you hop in aircraft technology $4000 cars and race around a 2 k track for twenty four hours. You don't actually go for twenty four hours on your own. You get two hour shifts.
